A propos de Agaricus Blazei
Agaricus subrufescens (syn. Agaricus blazei Murill) was discovered in the 1960s in the Piedade region of Brazil, where the local population had notably low rates of certain diseases. Brought to Japan for research, it quickly became one of the most studied medicinal mushrooms in the world. Its extraordinary beta-glucan content — up to 40% dry weight, the highest of any known mushroom — combined with its unique (1,3)/(1,6)-D-glucan structure makes it one of the most potent natural immune activators. Japanese clinical research has focused on its applications in oncology support, metabolic health, and allergy reduction.
